Our deputy school head, at
Ferdinand Buisson, delivers a welcome speech :
Welcome
I am the deputy head of this high school. It’s a real
pleasure to have you here today at Lycée Ferdinand Buisson for the first
transnational staff meeting of the Erasmus+ project “How sustainable is my
school?”. I would also like to welcome you in the name of Mrs Dupeyron our
school head who cannot be here today.
We are delighted to have you here to participate in
this Erasmus initiative and are honoured to host it. Thank you all for
travelling such long distances and coming here to share those two days working
with us. I hope you had a pleasant journey. A special thanks to the school
Erasmus+ team for the organisation
We are really proud at lycée Ferdinand Buisson to be
part of Erasmus+ since two thousand and ten and hope that our students and
teachers will once again enjoy and learn from it. This year project is really
important for our students, for us teacher and staff, for our schools and for
European unity. We need to raise awareness about sustainable development among
our students which involves working on waste prevention and day to day actions.
These two days will be the opportunity to get to know each other and implement
our project.
Before visiting the school, I would like to thank you
all a last time for your commitment to “How sustainable is my school?” project.
I hope you will have a pleasant stay in France.
