France - Ecosystem - Hen house

The French partner, Ferdinand Buisson vocational school, started to set up one link of a chain dedicated to recycling and waste reduction : a hen house.

Motivated and committed students helped us to build this important aspect of our Erasmus+ project. The hens will :

• eat the food discarded and segregated by French students at the canteen,

• lay eggs which will be sold to school staff members.
