Report of the 
Transnational Project Meeting
in Pesaro, Italy

1. LTT Feedback in Romania
Answer a questionnaire about the meeting in Romania that will be prepared by the staff of Romania

2. LTT in Poland dates
Meeting of students in Poland at Przeworsk (200 km from Krakow) from 17/03/2018 to 23/03/2018 with 2 days of travel (Sunday 17/3 and Saturday 23/3) so the days of "work" will be from 18/3 to 22/3.

·      Expected participants : France (7 students and 2 teachers), Germany (7 students and 2 teachers), Romania (6 students and 2 teachers), Italy (7 students and 2 teachers)

Accommodation
·      Accommodation will be done in, a hotel (breakfast included) : singles 26 €, doubles 37 €, triple 44 €, quadruple 51 €

activities
·      during the meeting in Poland there will be activities both at the school hosting us with artistic workshops for the creation and construction of works using recycled materials, both external activities with visits organized to separate collection centers, to a factory for the production of objects in glass (the largest in Poland) and finally with some visits to places of cultural interest nearby (Castle) and in Krakow.
It was also asked to be able to involve foreign students in classroom lessons with colleagues from other schools, obviously in English, to immerse our students in a different school reality. The calendar of days in Poland has been defined in a general way and it is necessary to decide in detail what to do.
·      The nearest airport is Krakau
·      Transport between the airport and the hotel will be done by bus
·      The average cost of meal is : 2 €uros (canteen) 7 €uros (dinner)

Visit of the school and city

Visit of a faxctory (glass) with a workshop (7 €uros per person)

At school : workshop (create pot flowers) ; attend lessons

- day 4 :
Visit of 2 factories (rubber then paper recycling)
Visit of a castle (Lancut) : guide (76 €uros)

Visit of Krakau and a recycling factory

3. Activities for Year-2
·      Germany: arts project, electricity, tree planting, bird sanctuary, involve students, invite companies, present an exhibition on stalls in school, paper collecting is difficult
·      France: create birdfeeders, collect paper, reduce water consumption, buy water aerators, vegetal graffiti (moss), create a compost, work on upcycling, create interviews with students)
·      Poland : reduce water, install aerators and batteries containers, collect bottle caps, create compost
·      Romania: replace bulbs, continue activities, develop partnership with companies or factories (like OHO), continue reduce paper, plastic, bottle cap
·      Italy 
A. continue the campaign to raise awareness on the separate collection to be done in the classroom by posting the signs made last year and a new round of Erasmus + students in the different classes especially in the first classes
B. visit a company or two working in the field of the green economy (production of solar panels? Wind energy? Biological?) For analysis of the sector and evaluation of possible future scenarios
C. participation / visit to the ECOMONDO fair in Rimini from 6 to 9 November 2018
D. participation in the SAVE project from 29/10 to 31/10 about circular economy made by the Minister of Education
E. monitor consumption using the data found in utility bills
F. construction of an object in the workshop of the wood with pallets (Christmas tree?) To be placed in the entrance of the institute which should then be decorated with objects made of recycled materials (plastic bottles, cans, space for creativity ...)
G. deciding which works to achieve during the third year to increase the environmental sustainability of our school (bathroom makeover, led lights, water saving, recycled paper, toner sale, etc., ???)
H. make interviews with the students of the whole school with questions about sustainability and the circular economy, to be collected in a video explaining the topic and projecting into the classes to raise awareness among students about these issue

4. Transnational Project Meeting in Germany
·      It was also decided to meet in Germany from 11 to 14 September 2019 (12 and 13 will be working days).
·      During this meeting the last student meeting will be scheduled in France (around March 2020) and participating schools will start writing the new Erasmus+ bid the theme of which will be about “Heritage”

5. LTT activity in France in 2020
·      We made proposals for activities to do in France for the last meeting:
I. use the photos of the activities carried out by the students to create the words "How sustainable is my school?"
II. create a poster with the words "How sustainable is my school?"

Dear colleagues,

We are glad to invite you to take part in the second transnational staff meeting that will be held at Istituto tecnico economico tecnologico Bramante Genga from September 21st to 22nd 2018.

The aim of this second transnational staff meeting is to
- update logistic information (respective school holidays, new participating teachers)
- prioritise organisational information (transportation, workshop,
- organise and implement agreed actions (Year-2 scheduled activities)
- prepare the student’s transnational meeting held in April 2019 in Poland,
- agree on the dates of the third and last transnational staff meeting held in Germany in September 2019

The communicational language used will be English.
